"Save as" dialogue completely broken

Okay so, I've been trying to fix this issue for the past week and have had no luck with it.

I've used WB for about... a year? Year and a half? And it always worked perfectly fine, at least at the start.

But I've noticed for the past month that, somewhere along the way, something very specific broke.

Namely, my "save as" dialogue.

For instance, I'll be on my browser (which is Waterfox, but that's basically just a fork of Firefox with the same base), and my file save dialog is not only not skinned (regardless of whether my browser is set to be ignored by WB or not), but it's in fact completely reverted to the Windows 95 look (the same flat gray assets and buttons and everything), and the right click context menu has no text, meaning I need to fumble blindly through those options to be able to use them.

The only way I've noticed to fix this at this point is to uninstall WindowBlinds outright, at which point the file dialog goes back to functioning properly (after a restart). But the moment I reinstall WB and enable any skin it breaks again. Even if I completely reset all my settings on uninstalling the software.

I have also tried manually deleting the WB folders in both Program Files and Documents, to be sure no trace of any prior settings was left, but it still breaks on reinstalling and enabling a skin.

I'm at a loss on what to do at this point.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I believe this issue is known and was discussed here in this thread: https://forums.stardock.com/538234. It is something that cause by Firefox and most probably any other Firefox base browsers. (refer reply#8 by WB Dev). There are workaround for it that It should resolved the issue, but might cause another issue.

We do hope Firefox can help by unblocking WB dll.

Thank you,
