I've been using this since 2006. Lately using Version 2.10 on Win 10 PC.  After installing, the cursor appears but not on top of many screens or menus. Is there a way to keep it always on top like it was before now?

Look like you're using current Windows 10 version, which probably not compatible with CursorFX v2. Would like to recommend to move on and upgrade to CursorFX v4.
