What is the most performant solution to make it like Windows 7

I want to make my Windows 10 start menu look like Windows 7. Will Start11 provide all the same features as Start10 and not be more resource intensive? Or is it better to use Start10 for this? If Start11 is better, what does it offer over Start10?

Both Start10 and Start11 are compatible with Windows 10. However, development on Start10 has ceased since Stardock introduced Start11. For the best compatibility with current Windows 10 updates and features, Start11 is the recommended choice moving forward.
Also, Start11 can do what Start10 does. With lots more additional features and Menu Styles. No doubt Start11 do still have Windows 7 style start menu.

Start10 is probably more than adequate if you only want to use a Windows 7 style Start menu. Start11 introduces many more options for the Start menu and greater customization overall.
Moving forward, if you update to Windows 11, you will need Start11.

Thank you for the very useful responses. I do only want it for the Windows 7 look. Two more question if you know the answer.. Does Start11 have the same exact modifications for a Win 7 look or is it different? Can Start11 do a Win7 look and then allow me to customise it further, or are it’s further customisations to do with additional Windows 10/11 looks?
