Laminate Forge and PsiCredit Mint

Hi.

What do we usually do to improve the economy in the game? We install various planetary items among other things. But first we need to do the appropriate researches. So, I noticed one nuance. We are talking about two planetary technologies. These are 'Laminate Forge' and 'PsiCredit Mint'. They begin to affect the economy even before the installation is completed. Is this the norm? I doubt. Please check this information.

I can confirm that these planets items start taking effect before they are researched and finished/built.
