GalCiv 1.12 is now available on Stardock Central. The new version has a lot of game tweaks and bug fixes.
Key among the changes:
1) The computer AI is significantly more intelligent at the higher levels (As top players are already noticing). These improvements were done by improving AI strategies.
2) Fixed some exploits in the game such as the infamous "1 influence point" bribe.
3) Combat transports are much tougher when in free space but very weak when orbitting a star system.

-fixed a bug in anomaly code for found new ship due to improper initialization
