arm64 no go?

Just verifying I shouldn't expect WindowFX to work on arm64?  (Windows Surface Laptop 7).  'Some apps do.. others don't.  Just thought I'd ask.  (Was looking for the feature to dim non-active windows).

I don't see any warnings per say.. just doesn't work.

Unfortunately, WindowFX does not work on ARM base system.
