The Justicia Dreadnought issue

Hi.

The Justicia Dreadnought is not equipped with plasma weapons(except for bombardment plasma). There is also no relevant research. Accordingly, installing the Plasma Agitator module is also pointless.

Er your last cellphone shot states 'Plasma Planet Bombing Damage +10%" so it does actually help for planetary bombardment. It may be of very limited help, but not completely pointless.
