Option to pin to taskbar missing in Start 11

I have two computers running Start11.  Both are latest version 2.55.  When I right click on a program in the taskbar, one computer has the option to pin to the taskbar and the other does not.  As far as I know, both used the same installer and license key which was good for 5 computers.  However the computer missing the option to pin to the taskbar says Business edition.  The other computer does not say that.  Is there an option to enable pinning, or does it have something to do with business edition?  How do I switch editions?

Below shows the difference.  First image is missing Pin to Taskbar.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know what Windows 11 version and OS Build number on both system? Please use Winver.exe to get these numbers.

Also, Just to make sure Start11 get properly install. Please try, uninstall Start11, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

Thank you,

That is a feature of Windows rather than Start11.

That specific shortcut may have a setting enabled on it to block pinning, but that would be something Firefox had set. Or if it is all apps then something in Windows.

Removing Start11 should make no difference to this issue.

With regards to the labelling of version, I would imagine deactivation and reactivation would resolve that.

Thank you Neil.  You saved me a lot of time uninstalling, reinstalling, and reconfiguring my settings.  It was a Windows settings that caused this.  I thought it was a group policy, but turned out to be a registry setting that disabled pinning to taskbar.  I also reactivated my license and that removed the Business edition.  Both computers are now the same and functioning correctly.
