Yellow colour and bloom effect bug

Hi.

I have already written about this issue. I've spent a bit of time researching this issue. This problem applies to all the factions in the game. A black rectangle appears and starts flashing when the camera rotates or moves around various faction objects. This happens only when the faction is colored yellow and the bloom effect is activated. Advents suffer the most from this problem. Who has the same problem? Please fix this strange bug.

There are no mods installed in the game.

Unfortunately, this bug has not been fixed.

Could you per chance also add a save file, where this happened to you? Does not necessarily need to be the same save file from the video
