Cannot pin folders to menu when they contain german umlauts Start11 v2

Hi,

when I pin a folder to the start menu using the right mouse windows menu whose name contains german umlauts, meaning öüß, it appears in the regular Windows-start menu, but not in the start11 start menu. I can reproduce that and would consider it a bug.
