Is it possible to have input on main PC from one source while focus is on secondary PC

Hello all, 

I was wondering if this is possible.  I would like my stream deck which is connected to the primary computer, to work on my primary computer, while the mouse and keyboard work on the secondary one.  It will open apps on the main PC, but any simulated keyboard input from the stream deck goes to the secondary one.  This would be like having two keyboards on my main PC, one that only works on the main pc, and one that moves along with multiplicity.  I am guessing that I am out of luck, but figured it would be worth a shot.
