Your Fences 6 subscription has expired

I paid for a 1 year suscription 2 days ago

I paid for one year of stardock fences 6 subscription and it worked fine for a day. I could activate it without a problem.
But today, when starting my computer, I reveiceved a popup saying that 'Your Fences 6 subscription has expired, Please select one of the below options'.
The options being renewing the subscription or purchasing a key, or entering the product key. I tried entering back my subscription key but the software does not recognize it and has become unusable. 

Can I get my subscription back or be refunded ?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account and activation issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
