Multiplicity v.3.2 activation issue

I am supporting an older PC that only works with W10 and the users reported issue from Multiplicity.   She used the screenshot from F8 key won’t copy & paste between screens but mouse & keyboard are working though.

I reinstall the Win10 with fresh image and setting it up.  In the last step of install Multiplicity, but Multiplicity won’t let me to activate the license online.

I also tried offline activation, it allowed me to upload the key file and showed it activated but turned to not activated when I closed the window.   I also tried to update the program to the latest version (Current 4.0), run the same step to activate the program but the license won't apply.  I am guessing the license activation server may had closed for the old license and now only work for the newer version.  However, the license I have won’t work on the version 4.  So I still have problem to activate the Mulitipicity with verson 3.2.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, do know that Multiplicity v3 activation key will not work on Multiplicity v4. You will need to purchase a new key for Multiplicity 4. As for Multiplicity v3 can not be activated with your v3 license key, perhaps, you need to deactivate old activation first before reactivate in. Hello,

I followed what you suggested and still had the same problem.  I created an account and deactivated the license that I had problem.  I have made sure my desktop Internet connection working.  After all these, I still got the message of "There was a problem connecting to the activation server. ..."

Is it possible if the version 3.2 activation server issue?  When I tested version 4 activation, it has no problem in the same machine, just only the key was incompatible.  I also tried the offline activation.  It allowed me to create the offline key file and finished all the steps, but it won't work in the end of activation. 

We really need to get this issue resolve.  Thank you for your help.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Perhaps is an account issue. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
