When installing Window Blinds 11 update it failed and then when the computer restarted it said it had completed

When installing the recent  Window Blinds 11 update it failed and then when the computer restarted it said it had completed. After that I have a kind of weird problem that's happening.  Anyone got an idea on why this is happening? I tried reinstalling window blinds but it still happens Now if I disable window blinds it disappears if I disable start 11 it disappears. I thought about uninstalling window blinds and start 11 and starting all over again but I figured let me ask you guys first, after you're the geniuses.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Something strange is going on. Few questions.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Start11 and Windowblinds 11 full version number.
  3. Do you have any other application that also change how your Start menu And Windows Explorer work and appear? 
  4. I see Windhawk installed. What alteration applied to you system that might conflict with Start11/WB?

thanks But what I did was wound up uninstalling it and reinstalling both window blinds and start 11:00 and that seemed to fix any of the issues.
