Singe license for all users and a VM?

I am trying Start11.
I have Windows 11 installed locally with two user accounts and a virtual machine (windows 10) with one user.

Can I use a single license of Start11 for these two users and my VM?
I am the only user of my pc btw.

Hello,
Unfortunately no. You will need one license per system. I believe, the two user accounts on the same system should work with one activation. But, for the VM its consider another system, you will need another activation for this one.
