There is no reason to believe it will not work and as expected, no.

OK thanks I have upgraded  to 25H2 (OS Build 26200.6718) as I am on the Windows Insider program -release preview.  It seems to be working

I discovered this thread while trying to find an answer to some issues I'm now experiencing after updating to Win 11 25H2 (26200.6899).

  • Taskbar icons are having rendering issues and seem to jump / slide from side-to-side.
  • The Start button disappears completely, and the Windows key on the keyboard must be used. Explorer.exe restarts or complete computer restarts do not resolve this issue.
  • When attempting to move the taskbar to a position other than the bottom (as suggested in some AI troubleshooting via Copilot), all icons on the taskbar stop working completely/freeze until explorer.exe is restarted.

It seems this is primarily happening when enabling the "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar" option. When that is turned off everything works better, but those precious options that were once available in "Let Start11 enhance the taskbar" are gone.

Hoping for a resolution from Stardock soon.

We have reproduced some issues and are working on a fix.

If you set the taskbar to not centre the taskbar buttons you should be better off.  This also seems to only be an issue with more than one monitor being enabled.
