Subscribed but "No Subscription"

As you see in the attached screen capture, when I select License Info from the Options wheel in Object Desktop, it appears that I have no active subscription and am invited to purchase one. Similarly, when I log in to stardock.com, nothing is listed under Subscriptions.

Yet my email history confirms that I purchased a subscription in Feb 2024, renewed it in Feb 2025, and that it is active until Feb 2026 when it will auto renew again. Let me know if you need me to provide Order Reference # or other related details.

Fortunately, but adding to my confusion, my installations of Start11 v2 and Fences 6 appear to be working fine and the latest versions.

Also in Feb 2024, Stardock Support assisted me with straightening out some confusion caused, if I recall correctly, by me tying my subscription purchase to an email address that differed from the one tied to my Stardock account. Support's resolution was to do an "account merge". I wonder if the apparent subscription disconnection that I see in Object Desktop goes back to that issue. If so, I hope that we can get things straightened out once and for all.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account issue it is best to raise support ticket using the link below, use the Ask a Question option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
