Hello.
1. The list pinned to Start11 doesn't scroll.
- Scrolling doesn't work when using the arrow keys, page up, or page down keys.

2. The page up and page down keys don't work in any programs.
- Works in Windows 7 Style and Modern Style.
- Doesn't work in Windows 10, Windows 11, Windows Apps, Windows Pro, or Windows Launcher Style.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need more information.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build numbers. Use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
  2. Start11 full version number install.
  3. We can't reproduce this issue: "List pinned to Start11 doesn't scroll" please post a video showing us this. Perhaps we are looking at a wrong place.
  4. "Page up and down keys don't work in any programs" was you referring to "all programs/all apps" area?
