"Extending" my subscription cost me remaining time.

Receipt

As you can see in the image above, it is showing that my subscription will now renew in Sept. even though I had time remaining in my current subscription. I thought "Extend" meant "Extend," not reset.

Can this be adjusted so I am not losing time?

Thank you.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

I have done as you have demanded. Your website told me to ask here. Not sure why this needed to be done over.

When you filled up the "Ask a question" questionnaire, with your screenshot attached etc. And, you click on "Send". What did you get? A ticket number? If so, just record down the ticket number and wait for the respond from Support.

You should see something like my screenshot below with the ticket number.

Thank you,

Yes, I filled out the information again and received a ticket number.

The screenshot I shared shows exactly why I bypassed submitting a ticket at first and came to the forum—your own website directed me here, which is why I highlighted it. It might be worth adjusting that wording so others don’t run into the same issue and waste unnecessary time.

Or not—your call.

I just want what I paid for without further hassle, and without what felt like a mild public scolding that seemed to imply I was going to flood your support queue—which I wasn’t, and never have. I’m not sure where that assumption even came from. I did nothing wrong other than (arguably) extending my subscription—which given this experience, might not have been the best decision.

Whatever. What's done is done.

Have a wonderful rest of your night/day.

Your issue would count as an account issue which is why it couldn't be handled in the forums as we wouldn't want your private information posted in public.

Hopefully support will resolve your issue for you shortly as extending a subscription should just add 12 months, not set it to 12 months from today.

The reason for mentioning multiple tickets is because in the past customers have done so and this can cause their issue to be handled even slower as they keep on ending up at the end of the queue each time.
