Unable to activate purchased licenses

(resulting from Win10->11 and hardware upgrades?)

I am having issues activating multiple Stardock purchased products on both my desktop PC and my laptop. It is quite a mess. I upgraded my desktop motherboard and upgraded my desktop system Windows 10 to Windows 11 (which because of a hardware change Microsoft had to issue me a new product key which was a major hassle), and I upgraded my laptop from Windows 10 to 11.  I have plenty of purchased licenses for Stardock products, but now it is a complete mess trying to activate them.

What would solve this is if Stardock support could just inactivate all my licenses and their linkage to hardware, and let me just re-activate products on my two computers. Is this possible? How can it be done? I spent lots of money on these products and now I am locked out of them.
