I am so lost right now ...

Hi.  I'm guessing Admins can see my email address?   In any case, I've been a Stardock customer for YEARS and years.  In 2021, I changed my main Stardock account email to this one from [email protected] or [email protected] (they became spammy and I just let them die).  Anyway, when I tried to log in early this year with this email addy (my main one) xxx.@yahoocom, I couldn't do so and created ANOTHER account ... somehow with the same email (!???!).  In any case, I now have a username of KittensRJerks.  Well. today. my system almost died and I had to just reinstall my main components and pretty much lost every customization I had made.  The thing is, that I am surprised I can still see some of my orders (17 of them) when going to my order page (thanks for that) but the keys are "forbidden" when I click on them.  I'm not sure if it's because it's a pretty old version of Icon Packager I started with.  Can anyone help?  I can't even attach an image yet because I have pretty much nothing set up!  I'm in pain. :(

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Thanks, Basj!  And yes, I posted the years-old emails that I can no longer get into and which have been deleted, as according to Yahoo (Oath, Verizon?) my name is not REALLY something like "Mrs. Kitten Paws" on my drivers license - LOL!  Sorry about sharing those.  It was mid-morning with no sleep and trying to get my system to some semblance of what it was X-( .   I will open a ticket.

We always delete email addresses when they're posted on the forums to protect the user's privacy, though once deleted Admins can still see the edit so know them anyway...;)
