Billed twice

Hi,

 

I was a Multiplicity 3 user for a long time, loved it for the KVM. I upgraded to the 4 version but to my surprise, they took out the KVM option. So, I upgraded again to the pro version, but the billing system did not take into account that I had the version 4 upgrade and billed me the full price.

 

I tried to contact support, but they told me to come on the forum and post this.

 

Can someone look into this?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. For account issue and question. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
