Not receiving free trial product key

Hello! I'm looking to give Object Desktop a shot, and I'd like to try the free trial before purchasing any subscription. I've tried multiple different emails and am not receiving anything, I've checked spam and all of that. The website seems very non-responsive on the page where you're asked to enter your email. Are the email servers currently down or something?

When you click the blue "Try Free" button, the next screen should look like this. Notice the product key listed with the Start and End dates. Write it down somewhere.

When you then click the blue "Download Object Desktop" button you will be presented with a screen asking for your email address. Enter your email address you used when creating your account.
