New Releases of software in Object Desktop

Hi,

I am confused. I am a subscriber to Object Desktop. I would expect that any new releases of software in Object Desktop that upgrade within my subscription service would would upgrade in my subscription, but I am being required to either upgrade them individually or upgrade my version of Object Desktop, which means I forfeit the remainder of my subscription.

Is the subscription version not going to be offered in the future?

Or is the OD upgrade the only way to get the whole package, with no subscription. Please advise.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you go to your product account page and click on "Product Downloads" or "View Individual Downloads". Do you see something like my screenshot below? Do let us know which Stardock software that have update recently, but do not show up in your listing. Or post a screenshot on what you have in your listing. Do know that listing may vary depand on when you Start subscribing to ObjectDesktop. So some software you see in my listing below might not be on your list. Also this is taken a while back so the version listed probably be different.
