Unable To Activate Start11v1

 

Today, I reinstalled Start11v1.  Then I tried to activate it. Error message claims that Start 11v1 is active on a different computer, which is not true. I don't use Start11 on any other computer. 

Fortunately, this isn't high priority and I have other things going on. But it is kinda frustrating.

Any suggestions? Thanks for any and all input!      :annoyed:

Double check the Product Key Info for the app on your Account Downloads page.

Is there an easier way to get to the downloads page? All I get is a bunch of support questions..........

I deactivated the item. I will now try to reactivate. Success! Ta Da!
