WindowBlinds does not appear to be installed correctly

No anti-virus installed

Hi,

I installed the latest WB11 on a Windows 11 22H3 brand new system, and I get:

WindowBlinds does not appear to be installed correctly on your
machine. Would you like to try to fix this issue now?
If you are using ESET antivirus this can cause this, see support for
help on fixing it.

I have no anti-virus installed.
