Objectdock 3 freezing onWindows 11 after update to 24H2 August 2025

I resolved this issue using the following process

1: Back up the Objectdock settings

2: Quit Object Dock

3: uninstall Objectdock

4: Reinstall Object Dock 3

5 Restore backed-up settings

Object Dock 3 is now working flawlessly

Note: This process can also resolve such issues on other apps after a major Windows 11 update by reinstalling after updating Windows 11

Moved to ObjectDock area

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know your current Windows 11 24H2 OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe to get this number.

I'm having the same problem.  I don't see where to save my settings and reload them.  

 

Microsoft Windows Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.4946. Stardock Object Dock 3.01.

I don't have this Windows OS Build yet, I can not verify this issue, however for the OD save setting location. Refer to my screenshot below.
