Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please try, uninstall Groupy, reboot immediately (important), download latest version available in your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Install it, reboot immediately again. Retest it and report back.

If the same issue still appear, we'll need more information.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number.
  2. Groupy full version number.
  3. Is the issue only appear on Brave with specific saved web address? As a test, try the same address on different browser.

Thank you,

Hi did the uninstall, reboot, install and reboot - still the same issue.

Found out it's a Brave registration issue....

Uninstalled Brave, reinstalled (from the website, not the MS STore) and Groupy picks it up and sees it.

Thanks :-)

fyi Brave isn’t in the App execution aliases list, so Windows isn’t exposing an alias, but Groupy is still trying to call Brave via a Store-style alias name
