My email adress changed and I havent any access to this account anymore.

Please use my new email adresse yyyyy and transfer all account informations to it.

Many thanks for your support. Because of a change of my pc I lost my product key.

Can you send me please the product key?

I am sorry, I can not, but, once you get your email changed to the correct email address, you should be able to get to your account product page and get the key yourself. https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

If that don't work. You can raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
