Disappointed in the Intueri trait Cosmic Eye

I am playing the Intueri and was carefully scouting with my probe different civilizations who settled close to each other to be able to reveal 2 different civ planets that have not been revealed. I finally found 2 that were not revealed and were different civs meaning I was expecting to steal 2 different techs from them using the Cosmic Eye trait they have. After using the trait and revealing the 2 different planets, I just stole 1 tech from one civ. Was really hoping I would have stole 1 from the other civ also.  They both had techs that I didn't have. Could this be looked into? Thanks...

Yup, that certainly is frustrating! I've shared your feedback with the team, thx for taking the time to write it down.

Looking at the XML, the ability calls one StealTechInRange. I guess it only check once if there's a valid planet to target and then gives you one tech if one is available.
