License Activation not possible

Hello!

 

I have a problem with my “Object Desktop” license.

I purchased it on March 24, 2025.

It includes a 1-year term and the option to install it on up to 5 devices.

I wanted to activate this license on a notebook.

I was informed that the license has expired.

Can you please correct this?

My account says that I have activated one of five licences.

It also says that the licence expired on 26 July.

I paid for one year, which does not end until 24 March 2026.

Hello,
Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Thank you very much for your great support!

As a customer, I would have expected you to forward the case.

In addition to web forms and emails, I am now starting to take care of things again that I am not responsible for.
