Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. I think I know what is going on, just to be sure. Need few more information.

  1. Windows full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe to get these numbers.
  2. Start11 full version number.
  3. Windowblinds full version number.
  4. Which Windowblinds skin you was using when taking your screenshot above?
  5. Do you see different if you set your "How should taskbar buttons work on the primary display?" setting to "Always combine taskbar buttons" or any other option.

As a reference this is what I get when I use Luna WB skin on my Windows 11 24H2 OS Build 26100.4652 system with "Always combine taskbar buttons" and Always hide text on buttons regardless of group state turn on.

Thank you,

Thank you for requesting details. Here we go:

5) It looks the same on both screens. With text, the border looks nice.

The "always combine" looks nice, but I would like to have the extra icon for the extra app windows like Brave Browser, or my Code projects.

Just to confirm, you was using "Never combine taskbar buttons" and hide the taskbar button text and you have the double overlap buttons for those, something like my screenshot below, yes?

I can reproduce this, I have forwarded your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates. We appreciate your feedback and patience. Thank you.

Exactly. Thank you so much for your engagement. It is no big deal, but a tiny "visual bug" in my eyes.
