Laptop Touchpad Scrolling NOT Working on Second PC

Hello Everyone, My setup is fairly simple. Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 as Primary, and a Intel NUC8VR Extreme as a secondary PC.

When I first set everything up and installed Multiplicity 4 Pro, everything was working flawlessly. Touchpad Two Finger Scrolling Input from Laptop was working well on Secondary PC.

This morning, everything works on the Second PC except Touchpad Two Finger Scrolling.

I have made sure that Fake Pointer is dissabeled on Secondary PC

I have restarted both Laptop and PC.

I have Flush DNS and Restarted Multiplicity Processes.

I have checked both on Laptop and PC for Input settings if anything is different. Touchpad settings are fine on Laptop.

I have connected a mouse to Secondary PC with scrolling center wheel to have the system detect scrolling capabilties.

At this point I am unsure what else I could be missing or need to look at, it was working perfectly yesterday. Touchpad 2 finger scroll is working perfectly on the laptop, but not on Second PC.

Any advice, or debugging, or settings that need to be change is greatly appreciated.

You can check this on the Secondary:

But it does not read like that is the issue.

I have a touchscreen on my Secondary and both single and double finger scrolling works.

The best test is, uninstall MP, reboot, does touch scrolling work then?  If it does, reinstall MP, does it work \ not work then?

Touchpads sometimes detect the foreground window and send direct scrolling to that window (which will bypass MP) vs sending the mouse wheel message.

What app do you have focused when you switch to the secondary?
