Unable to install IconPackager on Windows 11

from Stardock Forums

I have installed Object Desktop, and Start11 v2, SoundPackager, CursorFX and WindowsBlinds 11 install and work fine.
But when trying to install IconPackager, I get an error message: "Icon Packager - Error occurred", without any further information.
Is this a known problem?
Where can I find more detailed error information?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. First, please try download Iconpackager directly from your account, https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products and install it. Try that and report back.

It seems the problem is not in IconPackager but in Object Desktop Manager.
