Unlink Start11 2.0 from other PC

It was purchased from Steam.

A month ago I changed my PC, the previous one was formatted and I no longer have it, but on the new PC I get a message that is activated on another computer. I tried deauthorize device from Steam, reinstall... it doesn’t work.

Moved to Accounts and Activation help area

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Usually if you install a product purchase via Steam using Steam application. Upon trying activation opn the new system, it will tell you that the software are currently activated on another system and ask you if you wish to deactivate that old activation? If you answer yes, it will than deactivate the old one and activate that app for your current system. Do you saw this popup message?

Thanks, I was able to activate the program now.

Yes, it always appeared to me that message , but when I clicked the continue button the message appeared again and it wouldn't let me continue each time. Now it worked!
