Disable autohide option or reorder taskbar context menu in Start 11v2.5

As stated in title. Is there a way to disable autohide option from context menu? Or to reorder that menu, so the autohide is not in place where I expect task manager to be?

Windows 10 or 11? Also need your full version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
Start11 v2 full version number.
