Getting a purchased subscription for wincustomize

Adding to a user profile

I can not seem to add this to my account profile can you provide the exact screens and steps. If I try changing the pasword in WinCustomize, I get the screen to change my Stardock password, which works fine

Are you trying to buy a subscription to WinCustomize?

If you are, go to this page:

https://www.wincustomize.com/shop

And purchase a new subscription, not a renewal. You don't have to do more than that.

What are you trying to add to your profile

I bought the subscription. Yet it does not come up. Yet it is in my transactions

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "product not receive" or "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
