Greetings:

I am a long time Stardock user and currently have the following issues with DeskScapes 11.  My hardware is:

Alienware Area 51 R5 PC

Processor : Intel Core i7-7800X 3.50Ghz   Installed RAM: 64 GB   OS:  Windows 11 24H2 64bit  Build: 26100.4652

Video Card:  Nvidia GeForce GTX1080Ti with 11GB     Network Adapters:  Killer E2500 1GB

 

The issue i'm having is that DeskScapes causes my network card to disconnect when changing screen savers.

This kills my games and other apps that I use.  I am not sure as to why this interferes with my Apps but it is annoying.

It only happens when the Screen Saver is Changing from one to another.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I can not reproduce your issue on my system. I tested on my system and download a really big file. 100G. And set my Deskscape to have my playlist of changing wallpaper as a screensaver. But, no issue, the download still carry on while the screensaver run changing pictures every few minutes.

Perhaps something else is causing it. First, please try purge and reinstall Deskscape steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.
