Chuck, clear your browser's data and cookies. Close it then reopen it and logon to WC. Could be a degenerate cookie.

I cleared everything but it says I'm a past customer

Please submit a ticket as mentioned in reply #2

When I filled out everything to submit a ticket it doesn't go through. Just a little circle going around and around.

I'll mess with it tomorrow

In the interim, if you log out, and delete your WC cookies, and don't log back in, you should be able to download again.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Try this one and see if the same loading loop continue. Perhaps try different browser or even try different system.

Thanks

Still a problem. No change. I don't like flushing $8.95 down the toilet. I'm not a past customer.

Your ticket number please.

Thank you,

Same thing happened to me. Perhaps trying another web browser can help?

Chuck, you left replies as Chasbo and as Chasbo2. Maybe the ticket response went to the email of the Chasbo2 account?

3java3, you appear here as 3java3z.

I bet the same happened to you and you got email/ticket response to the email associated with your 3java3z account.

I apologize for the confusion regarding 3java3 and 3java3z.  I have tried several times to fix or resolve that issue, to no avail. I even submitted a support ticket. Tried this, tried that, finally decided to just leave well enough alone.

Chasbo and 3java3, I thought your account problems had been solved after the recovery of the data center...
