Map designer like in Sins1

Hello devs and have great time during vacation) Should we expect map generator like in Sins1? Ability to create map with some terms: amount of resources on the map. planets and their types, wormholes switch, number of stars and their types, quantity of players starting in specific systems. There are no specifics in roadmap but it's really wanted feture like scenarios for multiplayer))
