Fences 4 purchased through Steam no longer working

Hi,

I have a multi-device purchase of Fences 4 through Steam and occasionally am asked to install an update for it.

Unfortunately, recently Fences 4 has stopped working on 2 computers with a registration window appearing at startup as if i'm installing it from scratch. I no longer have access to an old email account of [email protected], which used to contain the registration email so I'm stuck, as I cannot access the info I'm being asked for.

Can you help please to get it back working again.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you purchased all of your licenses via Steam. You should install and activate only via Steam. If you have Steam activation issue please refer to this guide: https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1260093488/Activation+Error:+205#Steam-Purchases. Please try these steps and report back.
