Welcome ( Sign Out )

Welcome ( Sign Out ) . I see this on most computers, an option sign-out. Is there an advantage to my operating system to Log-Out.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not sure, which area in Groupy you're referring to? Please elaborate on your issue.

Signing out and Signing back in can have several functions, It can get you out and back in to a PC that is Crashed or has frozen (Ctrl Alt Delete Sign out).

It can also be used if your PC has more than 1 user account (sign out of one user account and signing back in to another)

It can also restart Explorer Without re booting, i like to think of it as a mini reset should i need it without a full re start.

You can also sign out if you are in a work setting and leaving your desk, be sure to save any ongoing work

I am sure it has more functions, others may list, good luck.

At the top of this page, "Welcome amerifax ( Sign Out ):"  My concern is there a possible issue with misuse of my info if I say open. Why is there a need to ask?

Sometimes, user login from public terminal/system, so they need to Sign out so someone who use that system after that will not be able to use his account. If you login from your own system. I believe it is safe to keep it logged in.
