User Profile Location and Gender Fields don't Stay Populated

Location and Gender Fields Show "No Information"

Since the Server Crash in March of this year, the User Profile Location and Gender fields won't stay populated.

If I go to User Community > Settings and change the Gender pull-down to "Male" and Save, the Location and Gender fields populate with the correct information.

However, after a time, the fields revert back to "No Information."

I have searched through many User Profiles and none of the ones I have looked at show information for Location and Gender, even if all the other fields are populated. This could be a coincidence, but I think there is an issue here.

Now the Gender field seems to stick, but the location field has completely disappeared.
