can't have different view for background and screensaver

Again.  It was working with a workaround.  However, when I choose an animated backgroud for screensaver, it won't work unless I choose ALL MONITORS.  This changes whatever static background I have chosen disappears and is replaced by the animated screensaver.  And yes, if I go back and pick JUST the background I lose the screensaver. WTF?  This is ridiculous.  When I first used this years ago I did not have to select for all monitors and NO PROBLEM.  Please fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have tried all kinds of methods and still won't use different for different screens.

I don't care if you say windows no longer uses screensavers. MY pc does!
