purchased deskscape, error -212

Hello, ive purchased deskscape 11 and tried to activate it several different ways and nothing is working. i have uninstalled the trial version and installed the version from my stardock account still has the same error code, when i try to activate via account it still has the same -212 error code, i did try the run command %ProgramData%\Stardock\ delete and it did not work also. i think i need them to select offline file but i don't know how to get them to send me the file? I'm using windows 10, 19045.5854. i also tried disable firewall and antivirus and that did not help. I tried to do the offline activation and when receiving the file it just sat there for a long time and did nothing, after 5 minutes of waiting i hit cancel, when i try to do the offline activation today it simple opens a window to my computer looking for the file it couldn't download. i finally got the .resp file and now it says offline response does not contain a valid license.

 

Guys im not asking for much, i just want to use the program i paid for thats all.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Perhaps you are having similar issue mention here. Only thing you trying to activate Deskscape instead Fences. Please review this thread and try out those steps suggested in there. https://forums.stardock.com/535207/. Try those and report back.

i finally got it to work with the serial number, i had to run as administrator deskscape 11 application file and then it worked. ok see you guys later.
