primary pc not connected

I have 2 PC, 3 monitors, 1 wireless keyboard, and a mouse. I was able to connect Multiplity 4 Pro to the secondary, but I am having issues connecting to the primary; it does not recognize it. Here is the thing, I am completely "blank" on computer know-how, so please take extra steps to delineate instructions on what do I need to do. I will send you a new post with a screen snapshot.

I think you are confusing how that works and \ or the error you are getting.

A rule: Primary PCs cannot connect to other Primary PCs

Thus, when you say you cant connect to a Primary, what you are really saying is, yes, you can set up the connection to a Secondary, but the Primary is not connecting to it.

This is absolutely where you are going to want to start:

What amazes me is that you tech people expect us, regular buyers, to understand all your jargon regarding installation and everything about the product. I am a 72-year-old man, and my knowledge is not as extensive as yours. Please get on the phone or live chat to help me fix this, preferably now

I don't see that anything we have asked of you is overly 'technical' - even the link to the article (that I wrote) is written in a way to not make too many assumptions about things.

That said, if you have any trouble with any of it, let us know here and we will assit you.
