Using 3 monitors and disconnecting one will cause my windows icons to populate on both monitors. At same time if you hover over the icon it will highlight and stay highlighted also causing the icons to look stacked on top of each other. disabling DeskScapes makes this all go away. but if i have all monitors on it works fine.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I don't think Deskscape has any effect on your desktop Icons. When you disconnect a Monitor, Windows will auto arrange your icons to make them appear in what ever monitor/s still active, specially if you have Windows desktop icons auto arrange turn on and if you have Stardock Fences installed. Moving forward we need more information on your system.

Hello, I just have only ObjectDock and DeskScapes installed.
Winver says Windows 11 Pro Version 24H2 (OS Build 26100.4061).
Desksapes Version 11.02 and ObjectDock Version 3.01.
Also have the latest drivers for my nvidia card. and windows is fully up to date.
Screen 1 is 3440x1440, screen 2 is 3440x1440 screen 3 is 1920x1080. scale 100% on all.
The 3rd monitor is never disconnected it's just powered off. When powered on all works as it should.
but when the 3 monitor is powered off all the above items and if I drag my mouse across the two monitors that are on
it will leave box artifacts on the display also.
But if disable DeskScapes or turn the 3 monitor all goes back as it should.
Also this is a new computer with DeskScapes for windows 11. but on my previous computer i had DeskScapes for windows 10
that was a windows 10 computer. it did the same errors. so, I upgraded to DeskScapes for windows 11.
I just use all the same monitors for the new build.
First, please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Update. I did the purge and reinstalled. But reinstalled with monitor 3 off. Everything is working fine. I turned on monitor 3 and still everything is working fine but for a sec the icons do glitch as before but resolve to working as they should.
The First time installed I had all Montors going. and when I turned monitor 3 off the glitch happened.
So in the future if I ever have to reinstall I just have to remember to install while 1 monitor on then then after I can turn on the others.
Not sure why it happen in your system. But, I never, seen similar report from others who are using 3 monitors setup. However, I am glad to hear you have resolved it.
