Tell Wincustomize I amcurrent subscriber !

I was told to Login; Then, had to change Password; Now, Wincustomize says I am NOT a subscriber

I have been Subscriber since 2003 & my current subscription ends August 16, 2025

Please advise Wincustomize !

Best if you raise a Support ticket here:

Describe your problem and provide any screenshots, etc. which might help.

You'll receive a ticket number record it and don't write again until you get an answer or your request will be kicked to the end of the queue. Make sure to check your "spam" folder for Support's answer if you don't see it in your "inbox".

Hey Moderator :

Got 3 text messages telling me "everything was updated";  NO IT WAS NOT !"

Just tried to Login to Wincustomize & it still will NOT let me download !!!!!!!!!!

I think those text messages mean I am being charged for a new Subscription & MY CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION ENDS AUGUST 16, 2025 !!!!!!!!

Is there anyway to talk to a PERSON ?

(I have been interested in Stardock, since I attended Gnomedex 2  - aka Geek Wannabee !)

I don't understand. Support should be answering via email, not text messages. Have you received an answer from Support to your Support ticket?

Double checked

(1) from Support (I updated my email preferences - Did NOT that I know of)

(9)  from Automation for (?) Jira regarding Subscription (I KNOW I DID NOT Order !)

Wincustomize says I am logged in; I will reboot, try to download Wallpaper, & advise further

I CAN NOW Login to & Download from Wincustomize !  TY ! to whoever responsible

Can I safely assume, No Charge(s), since my current Subscription does not end, until 8.16.25 ?

The way to find out is to check with your bank/credit card company.
