In 2017 I paid for Multiplicity for $19.99 Used it fine for years. Then 4-5 months ago couildnt find the keycode. Now i finally found it and it doesnt work won the new version of Mult 4.0. I have 1ea win7 and 2ea win11pcs. i only want to use the mouse and keyboard on all three pc's I tried the Mult4.0 demo since i couldnt find the Key back a month ago. now im really needing this type of thing. can you tell me what version I need for the $19 i paid for multiplicity that my Key will work with and if it will work on win7 and win 11. I have older programs that i want to make sure they still work so i keep a win7 pc around for now.
The huge confusion was after the years i forgot what email you were using to look up my Key and I lost my old key email. Also you didnt have any cross ref to find what email it was registered under. Somehow my old login was the Key was registered under and when I emails early last month they found my Key under I just changed all to be under its been a hard long journey since ive been investigating other programs but yours seem to have worked the best over the years. I just have to be very carful about documenting ALL on info related to Stardock.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Firstly do know if you purchased previous version of Multiplicity, the key for that version will not work on Multiplicity v4. Since it is an upgrade not an update.
Secondly, for your account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

If it is a upgrade what is the upgrade price for current holders of the previously purchased $20 version. If it is a different version than what i own i do not see earlier versions publisized so i dont want to activate a obsolete version. Thanks
Oh, please explain how i would get the upgrade price since when i put in my email it tells me im not eligable for any discounts. If i put in the orig email and download to that it may screw up the system. thanks.

It did give me the upgrade price but for a OLD email that Im not using any more. It will not give me the upgrade on my current email will this put a kink in the system if i try it? thanks
