what is wrong with icondeveloper's download

i cannot download icon developer, i tried everything from vpns/proxies, disabling all extensions, even alternative downloads, but they all redirect me to the normal cnet download link. the link opens and just says it cannot be reached. is this a common issue or just me?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I checked and the download worked. I downloaded using the link that show up in my user account : https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products.
